Data Provided By Middle Country - MIDDLECOUNTRY General Information Description of Service Provides a six week Fun in the Sun program for Town of Patchogue residents and non-residents, ages 5-8. Offers children a variety of crafts, summer lawn games and other fun activities. Participants should bring snack, lunch, and beverage daily. Children need to wear sneakers and program t-shirt. Program is located at the Shoreham Park. Village resident registration begins Monday, June 4 with non-resident registration starting on Wednesday, June 6 Location Suffolk Geographical Area Suffolk Facility/ADA Access Wheelchair accessible   Client Information Eligibility Children ages 5-8; 1 form of ID for child (Birth certificate, school report card); 2 forms of ID for parent (NYS driver's license, property tax bill, utility bill)   Fees or Charges Fee Amounts Village residents-$95; non-resident-$200; includes t-shirt.
