General Information
Description of ServiceProvides a variety of support services for Spanish speaking residents. Offers free information about health related issues, blood pressure screening and arranges appointments at the Health Center. Assists them on information and referrals to resources in the community for specific needs, such as food, housing, education, etc. Provides advocacy or mediation to help them understand medical information or hospital/doctor bills, utility payments, their children's education needs, along with speaking to the various agencies, on their behalf.
