Description of ServiceOffers financial assistance for rent or utility payments, and funding for food, clothing, etc. for low income individuals and families in an emergency situation.

Utility assistance is primarily funded for electricity assistance. Oil assistance is not available regularly. Call for details.

Funding runs out often but call for information about when funding may be available.

Must have a denial letter from Social Services
