Provides 24 hour supervised residential care for adults 21 and over with a primary diagnosis of mental retardation. Clinical support provided for residents only by agency psychologists, social workers,recreation therapists, and nurses. All residents required to attend day programs 5 days a week. Addresses individuals requiring long term care. In-home services include psychological evaluations, nursing, case management, nutritional guidance, recreation and speech therapies, and crisis intervention.

Must be eligible for Medicaid funding for the ICF level of care through New York State Office of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities. Suffolk County residents.
