General Information
Description of ServiceRecruits foster and adoptive homes. Studies, coordinates training and preparation (via the MAPP Program) and approves applicants interested in becoming foster or adoptive parents. Arranges for fingerprinting of all applicants. Recertifies all active foster homes. Assists other units in reviewing and resolving problems in certified foster homes. Answers requests from out County for home studies of County residents.
