Description of ServiceAlzheimer's Association of Northeastern New York has a 24-7 telephone referral service through which information, referrals, and emotional support are provided. By calling the national toll-free number any individual in the country is connected to his-her local Alzheimer's Association chapter where trained Helpline specialists are ready to assist him or her.
